Official Rules

Entry into every game and drawing is free. Playing the daily question and solving hunt clues are the only entries, and no purchase of any kind improves odds unless an equal-weight free alternative is offered at the same time and stated on the game page.

Open to individuals 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Ganja.com and their households may play for fun but are not eligible for prize drawings.

Each correct hunt answer is one entry in that hunt's drawing. Winners are selected by a verifiable random method announced with each hunt, seeded by a public value fixed in advance so nobody, including the sponsor, can steer the outcome.

Prizes are Nug pots (loyalty points), network credits, and donated partner deals. The stated retail value of any single drawing is under $5,000. Prize value is recorded at the moment of award. Nugs have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and are not redeemable for cash.

One account per person. Duplicate, automated, or scripted play is disqualified, and earnings caps apply per account per day.

Guest play uses an anonymous browser token. An email address is required only to bank a balance or receive a prize, and is never sold.
