René: A Canadian Variety, A Beautiful Plant

René is an unusual name for a cannabis strain. However, with new strains rising to the surface every day, one can’t be too surprised. This strain was developed in Canada. Breeders decided to mix Afghan genetics straight from the Himalayas with a Skunk #1 male. René provides her consumers with both sativa and indica sensations, leaning more to the “stoney” side.

The true asset of René are the beautiful colors she develops during the late stages of flowering. Brown, red, grey, and green leaves can be expected, together concocting a mystical masterpiece. The flowering period spans between 7-8 weeks. René produces medium-sized yields of buds covered in beautiful crystals.
